Timestamp’s presence at the event will focus on Observability & Service Management (OSM), an area in which it brings decades of experience delivering and implementing IT Management solutions based on OpenText technologies.

In addition, the Summit will feature breakout sessions exploring use cases, product innovations, demonstrations and roadmaps, with a focus on areas such as Content, Business Network, Cybersecurity, Service Management & Observability, DevOps and Experience.
As part of the agenda, Timestamp will participate with the specialised session "Logista: Transforming User Service with SMAX", featuring Rafael González, Corporate IT Director at Logista.

It will cover how the project is increasing agility and quality in incident and request management, as well as driving automation through self-service capabilities. It will also highlight the service transformation and evolution plans supported by the tool.
The session will provide a clear view of how to leverage OpenText Service Management Automation X (SMAX) to build a more agile, automated, and future-ready user service.
