Scope of the SGQA:

the Quality and Environmental Management System is applicable to:

• Timestamp:biw “Information Technology Consulting”
• Timestamp SGS “Information Technology Consulting”

From the office located in Lisbon (Praça de Alvalade).

Applicability of the requirements of the norms:

For all processes included in the Quality and Environmental Management System, the companies guarantee the conformity of the processes with the requirements applicable from NP EN ISO 9001 and NP EN ISO 14001 shown in the Impact Matrices (Matrizes de Impacto).

The Quality and Environmental Management System is applied to all of the requirements of NP EN ISO 9001 and NP EN ISO 14001.

Field of Application of the SGSI

Scope of the Information Security Management System:

Services managed for internal and external customers of “Infrastructure Automation & Cloud Managed Services”, “Data Management” and “Security and Governance” in accordance with the approved statement of applicability. Leadership, planning, resources, evaluation and improvement as well as operational services are included within the scope of shared services: ICM, Data Management, Security Services, Timestamp Group Data Centre Management.

For all processes included in the Information Security Management System, the companies guarantee the conformity of the same with the applicable requirements of NP EN ISO/27001:2013 shown in the Impact Matrix.
