Senior AI Developer

Responsibilities:

This role of Senior AI Flows Developer is ideal for an experienced developer to work in AI projects:

• You will have the opportunity to contribute directly to the evolution of our products in a dynamic and rapidly growing SaaS environment.

• Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will help design and build AI‑driven solutions while influencing technical decisions and product direction, ultimately helping the company reach the next level.

• Working in a dynamic and highly technical environment focused on disruptive projects

• Participation in large, multidisciplinary teams driving deep digital transformation, particularly in customer service and digital customer interaction channels.

Main Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience and a degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Advanced prompting techniques (agents, tools, and mechanisms that influence agent behavior)

• C#, or strong experience in another programming language such as Python or JavaScript, with openness to work with multiple technologies

• Development of conversational or AI-driven flows, including low-code environments

• Integration and use of REST APIs

• Data formats and communication protocols such as JSON, XML, and gRPC

• Cloud infrastructure with Microsoft Azure (and potentially AWS)

• Strong English communication skills
