Cloud Engineer

What you’ll do

• Contribute to the initiatives of our DxL Engineering teams, including developing common patterns for new technologies and developing PoCs while using business standard technologies

• Design, build, and maintain large-scale, high-performing, secure Kubernetes and other application platform infrastructure on AWS

• Be accountable for designing, building, and optimizing cloud-native, hybrid, or multi-cloud solutions to meet the company's needs

• Propose suggestions and best practices to maximize the company's cloud presence, performance, security, and cost

• Advise on leading cloud practices and architectural approaches for cloud adoption

• Develop relationships with critical company stakeholders responsible for digital and architecture strategy

Who you are

• At least three years of work experience as a Cloud Engineer

• Excellent communication skills to execute duties with the team and stakeholders

• Strong communication skills to ensure information is conveyed clearly, supporting team performance and objectives

• AWS Cloud certifications preferred. Azure and Google Cloud certifications would be a plus

• Familiarity with cloud concepts (VPC, EC2, RDS, VPN, Transit Gateway, S3, Security, etc.)

• Fluency in the English language
