OpenShift Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of OpenShift platforms, from design and deployment to ongoing support, across diverse client projects and environments.

  • Ensure platform security, scalability, and high availability by applying best practices in Kubernetes, networking, and infrastructure management.

  • Standardize and document OpenShift architectures and operational procedures to support consistency across multiple projects.

  • Contribute to the evolution of DevOps practices by promoting automation, reliability, and efficient resource utilization.

  • Support cloud-native transformations by enabling container orchestration and modern application deployment patterns.

Main Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in OpenShift administration.

  • System administration, conceptualization, design, construction, and operation of OpenShift platforms and Kubernetes

  • Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and CI/CD; GitOps tools.

  • Experience with DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering, Observability and Logging

  • Demonstrated knowledge of infrastructure services and networking topologies.

  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.

  • Good English communication skills (written and oral).

  • Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly.

  • Team player.
