Responsibilities:
Ensure availability/performance, backups/housekeeping, monitoring and incident/problem/change via SILVA; runbooks, SLAs, reporting;
Administration/config: projects, boards, workflows, fields, screens, permissions, notifications; enforce standards and “less is more”; manage approved plugins (e.g., Xray, Structure, Risk Register);
User enablement: onboarding/training, clinics, knowledge base, templates; partner with Agile CoE to embed Scrum/Kanban/SAFe practices (boards, cadences, metrics);
Integrations & data: operate/evolve JIRA ⇄ Silva (service/change), ⇄ PEPPS (governance objects), ⇄ GitHub (dev events), → Power BI (analytics feeds); use supported connectors/APIs/webhooks; define data objects/mappings, ensure traceability and auditability;
Security, compliance, governance: enforce SILVA as front door; access control and recertifications; logging/retention; inputs to Gate packs (architecture, data flows, SHARP risk, privacy);
Projects/change: plan and deliver PoCs and integration sprints; configuration-as-design with test evidence and rollback; support UAT and post go‑live stabilization; contribute to Cloud readiness.
Main Skills:
Proven expertise in administering JIRA at scale (Data Center/Server) across multi-team environments;
Proven standardization of workflows/schemes and consolidation from fragmented setups;
Hands-on with at least two of: ServiceNow/SILVA integrations, GitHub/DevOps, BI/Power BI Feeds;
JIRA admin (projects, workflows, fields, screens, permissions, notifications); strong JQL; Automation for JIRA; REST APIs/webhooks; ScriptRunner/Groovy is a plus;
Platform basics: Linux, logs, JVM tuning; SSO/reverse proxy notions. GitHub admin exposure Preferred;
Data/reporting: filters, dashboards; basic SQL; exports for BI. Confluence admin exposure is a Plus;
Integrations: ServiceNow–Atlassian connectors, application links, OAuth patterns;
Security/compliance: least privilege, SoD, logging/retention, data classification. Cloud awareness;
Agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) as practiced by teams;
SSDLC familiarity;
Atlassian Certified Jira Administration (Data Center/Server; Cloud a plus);
ITIL v4 Foundation.
