Through its alliance with Orange Empresas, Timestamp transformed the Valencia Conference Centre into a Smart Venue: a space that uses technology and data to optimise the user experience and real-time operational management.
With the Data Pool project, an integration platform was implemented to connect multiple building systems to its Digital Twin.
The Valencia Conference Centre had a first-phase Digital Twin, with a single point-to-point connection to the ERP. This architecture limited the ability to integrate information from the building’s different systems and manage them centrally.
The goal was to evolve towards a Smart Venue, capable of incorporating real-time data from multiple sources and enabling operational control of the space from a single platform.
Portfolio
The solution integrates BMS, occupancy control, indoor and outdoor lighting IoT devices, ERP and other systems relevant to the venue’s operation.
Business Impact
Real Time
Integration of BMS, occupancy, IoT and ERP into the Digital Twin
Bidirectional
Control of building devices from a single platform
Open Data
Information available via API for carbon footprint calculation and third parties
The Valencia Conference Centre is a benchmark in the organisation of congresses, conventions and professional events. Its evolution towards a Smart Venue strengthens its positioning as an innovative, efficient and sustainable space, capable of optimising operational management and user experience through technology and data.
