I have over 15 years of experience in IT consulting and half of it was spent at Timestamp, where I believe I surpassed my potential. My integration in Timestamp coincided with the transition from an international career in the Telecommunications sector to the Banking market. The amazing group of people that make up the (top-bottom and bottom-up) structure of Timestamp enabled a smooth transition of my career and an accelerated integration into the BIW department and also into the group. Timestamp's dynamic outdoor events are a fantastic strategy to promote team building and nurture the relationships among colleagues and other teams."

I joined Timestamp in 2018, where I came to took on a position in the IT Specialized Resources area. I realized from the start that communication was easy and transparent with all areas of the company. When I first started on the position, I easily felt that the DNA of the company was easy to absorb with the various levels of management, colleagues, top management allowing greater peace of mind and security. Timestamp has given me some of the best moments of my career but also the most difficult ones. Difficult moments where it is necessary to reflect and make the best decision which is up to each individual. And that's how day-to-day life is in IT (but not only!). It's a real adventure, but it's the only way to develop and show the will to go beyond!

At Timestamp I have had the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally, with challenging projects in various areas and with big clients and complex technological landscapes. Given the size of Timestamp and the various areas in which it operates, I know I can count on specialized colleagues ready to support me on any specific issues I encounter in my projects. Timestamp provides me with the opportunities to grow and the resources to achieve my goals. Here my voice is heard and has an impact.

About a year ago Timestamp bought the company where I used to work and I am extremely pleased to have started on a new professional path in a company that welcomed me with open arms and gave me the opportunity to grow not only professionally but personally. At the moment, I am proud to lead a successful team, which works more and more efficiently, as a result of a management style based on motivation, knowledge sharing, and team spirit, where efforts are recognized and rewarded.

In these 12 years at Timestamp, this family has been essential to the success of my career.

In May 2020 I started a new professional journey with Timestamp. Initially it was a company that I knew little about, but I was surprised to learn it is a company that shares my values and ambition, the will to grow and conquer, with the presence and tireless support of my manager Daniel Gomes, with the friendliness and availability of all employees. I was surprised by the constant drive and availability to invest in resources, the recognition of efforts and the results obtained, among many others, that provide me with an excellent work experience and continuous growth. I am very pleased and grateful to be part of the Timestamp Family but also that they are part of my own journey.

I started my career at Timestamp in February 2006 as fleet manager in F&A. It has been a very dynamic journey of acquiring new skills, new tasks, always supported by my boss who encourages and believes in everything I do, which eventually culminated in the position I have today as Purchasing & Accounts Payables Manager. The relationship between colleagues is very informal, which also contributes to a higher individual productivity of each employee. In the 16 years working at Timestamp, I am sure that I will continue to grow professionally being part of the best company, in my point of view, anyone can work for.

Being part of the Timestamp team, aside from being a largely enriching experience, is above all a reason to be proud of. It is a team that excels in excellence, innovation and knowledge sharing. I joined Timestamp 8 years ago and from the first moment I have felt that the welcome, guidance and environment have been wonderful. At Timestamp, I have the opportunity to grow professionally, to have more responsibility and more autonomy to do my work safely but always with a lot of support and help when necessary. This is the place I chose to work at and in which I feel like fully fit in, happy and with many challenges for the future.

I joined Timestamp in 2012 as an Oracle DBA. This is where I started obtaining my certifications. I went through several clients and after a period of 4 years in charge of a project for one of Timestamp's major clients, I was presented with the opportunity to switch areas by moving to the Cloud world, where I pursued my training. And I didn’t stop growing there. Currently, I am in charge of about 20 people in different projects, different clients and different technologies. I am also responsible for supporting the commercial teams in developing proposals. Having worked about 10 years at Timestamp, I can say that it is a company rich in career opportunities, where we are given freedom of choice even to switch areas.

I am 50 years old and have been with this company called Timestamp for about 16 years. I started as a consultant and I am now a Delivery Manager. We were about 20 people when I joined in 2006 and now we are over 500 employees. I have developed very strong bonds with this team of honest, hardworking people who are dedicated to the success of the company. Teamwork and trust in the people with whom I have shared my professional life are definitely what allows me to grow here in this wonderful company.
