Timestamp launches FusionData4Defense, an AI and data fusion solution for Defense, and strengthens its international presence through strategic agreements with iMarine and Koç Defense.
Timestamp announces the launch of FusionData4Defense, a solution developed by its Security, Defense and Intelligence (SDI) unit, reinforcing its presence in the Defense sector through the signing of two separate strategic agreements with iMarine and Koç Defense, two leading manufacturers of systems for critical operational environments.
These partnerships aim to integrate FusionData4Defense into each partner’s proprietary infrastructure, adding an advanced layer of data fusion, enrichment and anticipation, without replacing existing architectures.
FusionData4Defense was designed to address the current challenges of Defense systems, where speed, context and anticipation are critical factors for decision-making.
The solution operates as an intelligent layer over existing systems, continuously ingesting data generated by partners’ platforms and cross-referencing it with a selected ecosystem of external intelligence sources, including OSINT, SIGINT, commercial satellite imagery, RF radio signal analysis and data flows from allied forces.
This approach enables already deployed systems to evolve into more intelligent and predictive platforms, moving beyond detection and reporting towards threat anticipation and AI-driven decision support.
“We built FusionData4Defense with a clear conviction: the most valuable intelligence is not only in the data a system collects, but in the meaning of that data when placed in its full context. These partnerships are proof of concept at scale,” says Nuno Dias, Vice-President SDI, Timestamp SI.
The agreement signed with iMarine strengthens the relationship between the two companies and consolidates a partnership based on technological complementarity, trust and a shared vision for the evolution of Defense systems.
The integration of FusionData4Defense into iMarine’s proprietary infrastructure will enrich the data produced by its marine traffic control systems with external intelligence sources, while maintaining the existing architecture and preserving established operational workflows.
Through this partnership, iMarine will be able to deliver solutions with enhanced contextual understanding, pattern identification, anomaly detection and near real-time decision support, strengthening its value proposition for Defense organizations, operational commands and allied partners.

In parallel, Timestamp signed a second independent strategic agreement with Koç Defense, one of the leading manufacturers in the Defense sector, particularly in sonar technology and underwater acoustics.
This partnership foresees the native integration of FusionData4Defense into Koç Defense’s proprietary systems, adding advanced data fusion, threat anticipation and predictive analysis capabilities, without compromising certifications, data sovereignty requirements or the existing security posture.
The agreement represents an important step in the evolution of Defense solutions with greater responsiveness to modern operational environments, where interoperability, NATO standards, security and decision-making speed are decisive.

FusionData4Defense was designed for deep and non-disruptive integration. Its architecture provides secure and authenticated connectors that interact with each partner’s data engines and proprietary structures, without requiring changes to the core systems or their security models.
The development of the joint suite is aligned with NATO and European Union security standards, with the initial operational capability of the integrations expected in the third quarter of 2026. Availability for allied nation projects is expected from the fourth quarter of 2026.
With these two partnerships, Timestamp strengthens the positioning of its SDI unit as a strategic technology partner for manufacturers, decision-makers, investors and Defense entities seeking to accelerate the transformation of their systems through data, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and operational intelligence.
