Acquisition of MCR Solutions

Timestamp is pleased to inform that on June 28th, it has completed the acquisition of the total capital of MCR-Solutions Spain.

MCR-Solutions is a specialist in the implementation of Oracle ERP Solutions, with clients in Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, France and USA, with 50 employees and offices in Barcelona.

This acquisition will place Timestamp as a technology leader in the Iberian Peninsula with a strong presence in the Manufacturing, MedTech, Logistics and Distribution market segments and will allow the accelerated development of the presence of Timestamp Group in the Spanish market in the referred competences and technologies and the enlargement of the services and projects portfolio and partnerships of the Group.

Timestamp se complace en informar de que, el 28 de junio, ha completado la adquisición de la totalidad del capital de MCR-Solutions Spain.

MCR-Solutions es especialista en la implantación de Soluciones de Aplicaciones Oracle, con clientes en España, Suiza, Bélgica, Francia y EEUU, con 50 empleados y oficinas en Barcelona.

Esta adquisición situará a Timestamp como líder tecnológico en la Península Ibérica, con una fuerte presencia en los segmentos de mercado de Fabricación, MedTech, Logística y Distribución y permitirá el desarrollo acelerado de la presencia del Grupo Timestamp en el mercado español en las referidas competencias y tecnologías y la ampliación de la cartera de servicios y proyectos y alianzas del Grupo.
