Timestamp strengthens its international footprint with the integration of Digital SupplAI

Timestamp Group strengthens its international presence by integrating Digital SupplAI, expanding into the Swiss and French markets and adding iMep.net to its portfolio.

The acquisition of Digital SupplAI, a Lausanne-based company specialised in supply chain and inventory management, marks a new step in Timestamp’s international growth strategy. The operation consolidates the Group’s portfolio in this area, expands its footprint in the Swiss and French markets, and adds specialised expertise and product capabilities through the integration of iMep.net.

Commenting on the acquisition, Sérgio Pena Dias, Chairman of Timestamp, said: “The acquisition of Digital SupplAI represents another concrete step in the execution of our international growth strategy. By integrating a company with an established product and in-depth expertise in supply chain and inventory management, we are strengthening our ability to meet a growing need among European businesses: to digitise and optimise their supply chains in an integrated, reliable and faster manner. This is exactly the kind of expansion we want to continue pursuing — with innovation, technological substance, specialist talent and a real impact for our clients.

Digital SupplAI and iMep.net

Digital SupplAI brings together specialised expertise in the digital transformation of procurement, inventory management and collaboration between companies and their business partners. The company has built a strong positioning in this field by helping organisations modernise critical operational processes, improve visibility across the supply chain and drive greater efficiency through more integrated and collaborative ways of working.

Through this integration, Timestamp adds iMep.net to its portfolio, a platform that reinforces the Group's ability to address increasingly complex operational and business challenges. These include combining EDI-based B2B document exchange optimisation, a cloud supplier portal, business analytics, and consignment inventory management capabilities. It also includes fiscal compliance solutions for the Spanish market, such as SII automation and tax model generation.

Miguel Castro, founder of Digital SupplAI, highlighted the significance of this new phase: “This new chapter represents a unique opportunity to accelerate the growth of iMep.net and bring our solutions to new markets. Joining Timestamp allows us to combine the deep functional knowledge of our platform with the international scale and technology ecosystem of a group in full expansion. We are convinced that together we can offer a differentiated value proposition to companies looking to digitalise and optimise their supply chain.

Growth with local impact

This acquisition also strengthens Timestamp Group’s local presence in Central Europe, enabling the company to operate closer to the Swiss and French markets while continuing to build on its international scale.

By combining local proximity with specialised technological expertise, Timestamp continues to expand with a clear focus on innovation, complementary capabilities, and measurable impact for clients.
