Timestamp stands out at Google’s Agentic Era Hackathon

Timestamp took part in the Agentic Era Hackathon, an exclusive Google Cloud event for partners in the EMEA region, reaffirming its commitment to technological innovation and artificial intelligence applied to high-impact scenarios.

The event took place on September 16, 17, and 18, bringing together some of the most specialized Cloud and AI teams from Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Pirates of the CarAIbbean in the spotlight

Timestamp’s team, creatively named “Pirates of the CarAIbbean,” included Ricardo Barreiros, Ângela Medeiros, João Cardoso, João Simão, and Miguel Lourenço. Over three days of intensive work, they presented CertTutor, an innovative AI agent designed to support professionals seeking Google Cloud certifications.

The solution assesses technical skills based on the user's CV, recommends the most suitable study path, and automatically schedules a training plan in Google Calendar. Its architecture, based on multiple sub-agents coordinated by a main agent, ensures a scalable and efficient approach to exam preparation.

Cutting-edge technology applied

The project development involved the Agent Development Kit (ADK) and several Google Cloud services, including a structured approach with prototyping in Jupyter Notebooks, integration into the main application, testing in Streamlit, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure production readiness.

Project evaluation was based on four criteria: Agent Architecture and Complexity (40%), Implementation and Production Readiness (30%), Problem, Solution and UX (15%), and Innovation and Presentation (15%).
