Responsibilities:
A customer digital portal is undergoing a significant digital transformation. The channel is supported by multiple technologies and platforms, including desktop web, iOS and Android mobile applications, Open Banking APIs, and a two-factor authentication solution. To support this transformation, a professional is required to ensure the technical consistency, quality, and ongoing evolution of the different applications.
Main Skills:
Define, implement and continuously evolve the operating model for Digital Channels;
Works across business, technology, architecture, security and external vendors;
Knowledge of digital banking processes, including onboarding, payments, authentication and customer servicing;
Hands-on knowledge and usage of REST services and APIs (Java Spring Boot);
Knowledge about security standards and authentication protocols (OAuth);
Experience using CI/CD tools such as Git and Jenkins;
Experience working with container platforms, preferably OpenShift;
Technologies: Java; JavaScript; Jenkins / GIT; Confluence / Jira;
Business knowledge: Customer Touch Points; Banking Products;
Ability to communicate and work in team;
Ensure standards in methodology and architecture are applied;
Support analysis and new solutions;
Proactively, propose and build synergies between topics;
Technical support to other team members.
Language Skills:
English fluency
Spanish (Plus)
