IT Program Manager (Omnichannel)

Responsibilities:

• As part of the Omnichannel initiative, it is required to integrate the current journey with additional channels: Remote Advisory and Unassisted Channels.

Main Skills:

• Experience in managing IT Implementation programs with several workstreams;

• IT Technical background necessary and experience in technical analysis of functional requirements, ideally in the banking sector (Retail banking);

• Experience in integration of different technical solutions;

• Knowledge and usage of Rest Services (Java Spring boot) and APIs;

• Knowledge of security standards (Oauth);

• Experience in bugs and vulnerabilites analysis;

• Experience managing multiple on-going projects;

• Experience managing multiple dependencies;

• Technologies: Java; SQL; APIs; Jenkins / GIT; Confluence / Jira;

• Ability to communicate and work in team;       

• Ensure standards in methodology and architecture are applied;             

• Support analysis and new solutions;   

• Proactively, propose and build synergies between topics;        

• Technical support to other team members;

• Business knowledge: Banking products; Insurances   

Language Skills: 

• English fluency

• Spanish (Plus)
