Test Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop test plan
• Test Execution: Running manual and/or automated tests to evaluate a product's
  functionality, performance, and overall quality
• Defect Management: Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects, then working
  with developers to resolve them
• Ensure that the team follows the testing standards, guidelines, and testing
  methodology as specified in the test strategy
• Responsible for managing the overall testing effort and deliverables, work with testing team to ensure that testing is on time and within budget
• Manage test environment, test data preparation, test tools and test automation
  implementation
• Work with the application and technical architecture teams to plan various test
  phases
• Review test to ensure that they meet the entry and exit criteria.
• Primary contact and escalation point for testing

Main Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree or above in business computer, Information Technology,
  Computer Science or any related fields
• Experience in Software Testing (Manual and/or Automated), System Test, Integration
• Test and/or User Acceptance Test
• HR domain testing is a plus
• Testrail experience is a plus
• Strong analytical and proven ability to quickly understand complex business and
  systems and provide a suited solution for clients
