At Timestamp we are looking for a Project Manager Office for our client JTI (Japan Tobacco International):

Responsabilities:

Monitor and track project tasks against the established project plan.

  • Assess actual progress versus planned timelines and report discrepancies.

Configuration Verification:

  • Verify that all items listed for configuration are completed and meet quality standards.

  • Maintain a comprehensive inventory of configured items and track their status.

Weekly Control Meetings:

  • Organize and facilitate weekly control meetings to discuss task progress, challenges, and next steps.

  • Prepare meeting agendas and minutes, ensuring action items are documented and followed up.

Coordination with Project Lead:

  • Collaborate closely with the project lead to ensure alignment on project objectives and priorities.

  • Provide regular updates on project status and escalate any issues needing resolution.

  • Identify potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Maintain a risk register and ensure that all team members are aware of significant risks.

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Ensure all project documentation is kept up to date and stored in a centralized location for accessibility.

  • Verify compliance with organizational processes and project management methodologies.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Act as a point of contact for stakeholders regarding project status, changes, and overall progress.

  • Ensure effective communication channels are established and maintained throughout the project.

Performance Metrics:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and track performance throughout the project duration.

  • Analyze performance data and provide insights to improve project delivery.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Gather feedback and lessons learned during and after project execution to enhance future project management practices.

  • Promote best practices and facilitate training sessions for team members as needed.

These responsibilities ensure that the PMO plays a critical role in maintaining project alignment, ensuring successful delivery, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of project management within the organization.
