Responsibilities:
We are specifically looking for a senior candidate with strong experience in agile product environments who can actively drive teams from a delivery mindset toward a product/value-driven organization.
Main Skills:
7+ years experience as Scrum Master
Strong coaching and facilitation skills
Experience with Scrum, Kanban, OKRs, Lean UX
Product mindset and team transformation experience
Strong stakeholder management and organizational coaching capabilities
Nice-to-have:
Strategic and transformational mindset.
Language Skills:
English
