Business Analyst and Quality Assurance

Experience

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in a banking IT environment, with solid expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, and functional specifications.

• Good knowledge of Wealth Management and portfolio-related processes, ideally including portfolio statements or client reporting.

• Hands-on experience with testing activities (test design, execution, defect management) and a strong quality mindset; ability to drive functional validation end-to-end.

• Proven experience working in build or transformation teams, interacting with business, IT, QA, and operations, and ensuring quality across deliveries.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in client-facing contexts.

• Previous experience with international teams and/or coordinating UAT with distributed stakeholders is highly appreciated.

Main Responsibilities

• Act as Business Analyst on the portfolio statements redesign initiative.

• Lead workshops with business users and client stakeholders to clarify scope, rules, and acceptance criteria.

• Translate business needs into clear and detailed functional specifications (including edge cases, data rules, and testable acceptance criteria) for development teams.

• Define and execute functional, regression, and integration tests; document results and ensure traceability to requirements.

• Manage defects end-to-end (triage, prioritization with stakeholders, follow-up with developers) and ensure timely retesting until closure.

• Prepare and coordinate UAT with business users (test data, scenarios, support), and contribute to release readiness (go/no-go input, production verification, documentation).
