Responsibilities:

• The service will Deliver comprehensive process documentation, including process flows, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics;

• The service will Provide recommendations for process automation and technology integration to support business objectives;

• The service will Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure effective adoption of new processes.

Main Skills:

• First significant expertise on APPIAN's based applications;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving expertise to identify and address process inefficiencies;

• Expertise in business process modeling and mapping tools;

• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma;

• Proven expertise in business process analysis and design;

• Expertise in cross-functional teams
